We’re seeking a Part Time 3D Printing Production Worker for 20 - 25 hours per week. Shifts/schedules to be discussed as part of the interview process - if we reach out to you on your application, expect to discuss this and have your proposed schedule ready. Schedules must be regular and take place within keyholder hours (9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday).
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Cleaning 3D printed parts using various tools including but not limited to utility knives, files, picks, drills, and heat guns (equipment and protective gear provided)
- Inspecting 3D printed parts according to Quality Control standards
- Packing and shipping 3D printed parts to customers
- Assisting in the management of warehouse space, including but not limited to helping take out any trash/waste, clean the community spaces, and maintaining a clean/safe work environment.
- Assisting with inventory management/tracking
- Communicate challenges, questions, concerns, complaints and other job-related feedback to supervisor AND team members in a timely manner verbally and using Microsoft Teams
- Utilize our custom software to monitor, review, and mark parts as ready for inspection and shipped
- Any other duties that come up as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Capability to safely and accurately wield a utility knife
- Must be comfortable working with your hands
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Ability to periodically lift up to 40 pounds
- Problem solving methods developed enough to know when it's time to slow down and ask questions
- Readiness and willingness to work with other team members to tackle the work for the day
- Functional and professional verbal and written communication with team members
- Prior experience with 3D printers (not required)
- Three valid references required for any applicant to be considered
- Background check may be required for all final applicants
- Pre-employment drug test may be required
