Job Description
We are seeking fully licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians to join our Intensive In-Home (IIH) team in Durham, NC. The Intensive In-Home Team Lead will provide clinical leadership, individual and family therapy, supervision, and behavioral support services for youth and families receiving IIH services.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about working with at-risk youth and families in home and community settings and who value a collaborative, person-centered approach to care.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy for youth and families served by the IIH team
- Deliver clinical expertise and guidance to IIH team members
- Supervise team members in the provision of IIH services
- Coordinate assessments and reassessments of clinical needs
- Ensure specialized clinical interventions are provided based on each youth’s needs
- Assist with development and implementation of home-based behavioral support plans
- Collaborate with licensed professionals, Child and Family Teams, and community supports
- Provide psychoeducation and crisis intervention services as needed
- Monitor client progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Federal and State Medicaid standards
Minimum Qualifications :
Full licensure in North Carolina: LCSW, LPC/LCMHC, LMFT
OR, Provisional licensure in North Carolina: LCSW-A, Associate/Board Eligible status, LMFT-A
Additional requirements:
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license, Ability to pass: Criminal background check, Healthcare registry check, OIG check, Employment verification, Reference checks
- Strong ability to engage at-risk youth and families
- Knowledge of local resources and community supports

Compensation
Pay is competitive and based on experience, licensure status, and qualifications .

Schedule: Monday–Friday with weekend availability as needed
