About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Inventory & Procurement Specialist to keep our operations running smoothly. This role is all about staying on top of orders, sourcing the best deals on PC parts, and making sure our technicians always have what they need to build and sell. If you're someone who thrives on organization, loves the PC hardware world, and communicates clearly — this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Review orders placed the previous day and purchase the necessary parts from our suppliers
- Track incoming shipments and ensure parts are arriving on time
- Mark orders as completed and shipped once fulfilled
- Maintain accurate logs and records via spreadsheets
- Research and identify the best deals on PC parts, laptops, and full PC builds across new and used marketplaces
- Deliver a daily report to the CEO with deal findings and profitable build combinations
- Keep technicians informed about awaiting shipments and incoming parts
What We're Looking For
- Proficient knowledge of both new and used PC part pricing — required
- Experience navigating used marketplaces such as eBay to source parts and deals — required
- Familiarity with online tools such as PC Part Picker — required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills — written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and stay on top of multiple tasks daily
- Spreadsheet proficiency (Excel or Google Sheets) — a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Schedule & Hours
Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
20–33 hours per week
Note: Depending on workload, hours may be extended by up to 2 additional hours per day Monday–Thursday, and may occasionally include Fridays from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
