Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Position Purpose:
To provide direct clinical and consultation services, documentation thereof, and participate in facility and program requirements and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Function:
- Intake Interviewing
- Make appropriate referrals.
- Assessment
- Case Coordination
- Coordination of Services
- Crisis Intervention
- Obtain third party authorizations.
- Progress notes completed, Electronic Medical Record
- Clinical Documentation
- Billing documentation completed accurately.
- Risk Assessment
- Policies, Procedures, Manuals, Resource Documents
- Ethical/Legal Issues
- Computer Literacy
- Teamwork
- Communicates effectively.
- Works cooperatively with supervisor and others
- Provide input to supervisor to assist in program development.
Requirements:
MUST BE LICENSED
· MA/MS/MSW, 1 year of experience, and a valid LMFT, LCAC - Therapist III ($26.27 - $32.22)
· MSW, 2 years of experience, and a valid LCSW, LMHC - Therapist III or Social Worker ($26.27 - $34.81)
· PhD, PsyD, 1 year completed psychology internship, Licensed as Psychologist in Indiana or license eligible - Psychologist ($26.27 - $34.81)
