As a Sales and Customer Service Associate at our North Overland Park franchised location, you’ll play a key role in helping clients feel their best while working in a dynamic, rewarding, and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage, skincare, and stretch services.
- Build lasting relationships with members and guests to grow and retain our client base.
- Recommend and connect clients with retail products to enhance their wellness journey.
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, scheduling services, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program, drive membership sales, and encourage repeat visits.
- Uphold Massage Envy’s core values: Optimism, Gratitude, Excellence, Consistency, and Empathy.
- Work collaboratively with your team to foster a positive workplace culture.

Shift & Availability:
Full-time Day Shifts & Rotating Weekends
Monday – Friday with Weekend Availability
