Earn Up to $200 Per Day as a FedEx Delivery Driver
We are hiring dependable, motivated Full-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team operating out of the Grand Rapids, Michigan FedEx terminal.
Starting pay is $165 per day, with top-performing drivers earning up to $200 per day.
This is a full-time, year-round local delivery position. You'll drive a company-provided delivery vehicle, deliver packages to residential and commercial customers, and return to the Grand Rapids terminal at the end of your route.
No CDL is required. Previous FedEx experience is not required. Paid training is provided.
SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FEDEX-APPROVED DRIVERS
A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates who already hold current FedEx driver approval/qualification.
Sign-on bonus eligibility is subject to verification of FedEx driver qualification/approval status and completion of all company hiring requirements. Additional terms may apply.
Not currently FedEx approved? That's okay! We are also hiring new drivers and provide paid training.

MINIMUM DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS
Please review these requirements before applying.
Candidates must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have an acceptable driving record
- Be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain the required DOT Medical Certificate
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Pass required background and motor vehicle record checks
- Be able and willing to obtain a valid Chauffeur's License before performing driving duties
- Be dependable and punctual
- Be comfortable operating a commercial delivery vehicle
- Be able to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the workday
- Be able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance
- Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Be available for scheduled weekend work when required
CHAUFFEUR'S LICENSE
A Chauffeur's License is NOT required to apply.
Candidates selected for employment will be required to obtain and maintain a valid Chauffeur's License before performing driving duties.
A valid Chauffeur's License issued by any state is acceptable.
If you don't currently have one, you can still apply.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a FedEx Delivery Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating a step van or other commercial delivery vehicle
- Delivering packages to residential and commercial customers
- Completing scheduled pickups
- Loading, unloading, and organizing packages
- Using handheld scanners and delivery technology
- Following assigned delivery routes
- Practicing safe and defensive driving
- Providing professional customer service
- Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Meeting company and FedEx safety, service, and performance expectations
- Returning to the Grand Rapids terminal after completing your route
NO DELIVERY EXPERIENCE? THAT'S OKAY.
Previous professional delivery experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who meet our driver qualifications.
Previous experience with FedEx, Amazon DSP, UPS, USPS, DHL, courier delivery, package delivery, route driving, box trucks, step vans, transportation, or logistics is a plus.
Candidates with experience in other physically active positions such as warehouse work, construction, landscaping, automotive, manufacturing, moving, or skilled trades are also encouraged to apply.
ALREADY FEDEX APPROVED?
Candidates who already hold a current FedEx driver qualification/approval may have an advantage in getting through the onboarding process quickly and may qualify for our sign-on bonus.

You'll spend much of your workday independently managing your assigned route. Successful drivers maintain a productive pace while putting safety and service first.
This is a physically active job. Expect to spend your day driving, walking, lifting and carrying packages, climbing in and out of the delivery vehicle, and working outdoors.
If you'd rather spend your workday out on the road than standing in the same place all day, this could be a great fit.
