Key Responsibilities

Execute all adventure guide duties, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Oversee daily operations, including staffing rotations and guest check-ins.

Submit daily reports to communicate vital information effectively.

Monitor guest bookings and adjust staffing schedules based on demand.
Health & Safety

Maintain Go Ape’s rescue training standards and perform risk assessments.

Support site management with high-level inspections and audits.

Assist with new hire training and ensure staff competencies.

Submit accident and incident reports to relevant departments.
