Service Maintenance Technician

Trone’s Service Department is actively seeking a Service Maintenance Technician to join our property maintenance team. The Service Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs promptly, and maintaining accurate records. This person must have a strong electrical and plumbing skill set. We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and dependable individual who demonstrates strong technical ability, a positive attitude, and professionalism in all situations. The ideal candidate is hardworking, works well within a team, and can manage both routine tasks and unexpected challenges with composure. This person should be able to take initiative, remain productive without constant direction, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment without the need for excessive oversight.
Duties:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, plumbing, and other system
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs
- Assist in parts ordering
- Schedule, coordinate, and perform a wide range of technical maintenance and repair operations in turnovers
- Maintain a routine on-call emergency response schedule
- Perform snow removal as needed
- Assist coordinating efforts of the work of contractors when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Perform work outside in all weather conditions. Perform physical work, that requires lifting weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally.
