As a Level 3 Vehicle Operator, you'll support vehicle operations, assist engineering teams, and help ensure the safety and readiness of autonomous vehicle technology in real-world environments.

Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles for 4–8 hours per day with a focus on safety
- Support autonomous vehicle operations
- Conduct basic software operation tasks
- Complete vehicle inspections and readiness checks
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and logistics
- Document operational metrics and observations
- Provide written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
- Support equipment movement and storage
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization
- Complete required documentation and operational paperwork
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable driving for extended periods
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Ability to troubleshoot simple operational issues
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Military experience
- Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, rideshare, or delivery services
Schedule Options
- Day Shift:7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Night Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
Available Schedules:
- Wednesday – Sunday
- Thursday – Monday
- Friday – Tuesday
- Saturday – Wednesday
Additional Benefits:
- Weekend shifts earn an additional 5% per hour
- Night shifts earn an additional 2% per hour
- Weekend night shifts can earn up to 7% additional pay
