Position Overview
SweetCars is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service & Detailing Advisor to join our growing team. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for our service and detailing customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates exceptionally well, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service.

- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the service and detailing process
- Schedule service and detailing appointments
- Prepare estimates and sell service and detailing work
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, repair recommendations, timelines, and completion
- Source and order parts needed for service and detailing repairs
- Coordinate workflow with technicians and detailers to maximize efficiency
- Open and close repair orders accurately
- Ensure all customer concerns are documented and addressed
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist in achieving department sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service & Detailing Manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair or dealership environment is preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Experience sourcing automotive parts is a plus
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dealership management software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
