Service Coordinator

At Viking Plumbing, we believe our office is just as important as the technicians in the field. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, asks great questions, and can turn a stressful plumbing problem into an organized plan of action.
This isn't a typical customer service position, and it isn't simply dispatching. It's about being the first point of contact for our customers and making sure every service call starts off right.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Ask detailed questions to understand plumbing concerns and gather the right information.
- Prioritize and schedule service calls based on urgency and technician availability.
- Coordinate technician schedules throughout the day as priorities change.
- Communicate clearly with both customers and field technicians.
- Follow up with customers to provide updates and ensure an outstanding experience.
- Keep accurate notes and maintain customer records.
- Work closely with our office team to help operations run smoothly.

- Experience coordinating service technicians or field staff.
- Mechanical aptitude or an understanding of how residential plumbing systems work.
- Experience using scheduling or dispatch software.
