Offer Now Michigan is hiring an Acquisition Representative(s) to convert motivated seller leads into signed purchase agreements.
We are looking for a sharp, competitive, coachable salesperson who can build trust quickly, ask the right questions, uncover motivation, and close deals over the phone.
What You’ll Do
- Call and follow up with motivated homeowners
- Understand the seller’s situation, timeline, price expectations, and motivation
- Present cash offers clearly and confidently
- Handle objections and move sellers toward a decision
- Negotiate purchase agreements
- Keep accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
- Work with the team to get signed deals across the finish line

Requirements
- 3+ Years Sales experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection and keep moving
- CRM experience preferred
- Must be willing to make a high volume of calls
