Role description
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong WordPress and web platform delivery experience to lead program execution sprint planning delivery governance release coordination risk management and stakeholder communication for the WordPress engineering team The TPM will work closely with FrontEnd, BackEnd, FullStack Development, QA and Systems Engineering teams to drive predictable highquality delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sprint planning backlog refinement prioritization and delivery tracking for WordPress engineering initiatives
Manage endtoend execution across WordPress development integrations enhancements maintenance and production support
Track program status milestones risks dependencies blockers issues and escalations drive timely resolution
Establish and manage program governance cadence including sprint reviews status meetings stakeholder reviews and leadership updates
Partner with Product Engineering QA and Systems Engineering teams to align scope priorities release plans and timelines
Coordinate crossfunctional delivery across FE, BE, FSD, QA DevOpsSystem, Engineering and business stakeholders
Maintain RAID logs project plans dashboards action trackers and executive status reports
Identify delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans
Monitor sprint and program metrics identify delivery trends and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes
Ensure dependencies between WordPress enterprise applications APIs infrastructure and thirdparty integrations are actively managed
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure effective execution communication and accountability
Required Skills:
6 years of experience in Technical Program Management preferably within web or digital platforms
Strong handson experience managing WordPressbased platforms and enterprise web delivery programs
Solid understanding of the WordPress development lifecycle including themes plugins APIs integrations content management environments releases and production support
Strong experience with AgileScrum methodologies sprint planning backlog management dependency tracking and delivery reporting
Handson experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Workfront Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar program management and reporting platforms
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing largescale or enterprise WordPress implementations
Experience with enterprise CMS digital experience platforms publishing platforms or blogcontent platforms
Experience with CICD cloud infrastructure DevOps APIs and web application architecture
Experience coordinating production releases incident management and application support
Experience developing executivelevel dashboards delivery metrics RAID reports and program health summaries
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate technical delivery issues into clear business impact and actions

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $80,000.00 to $90,000 per year
