What You’ll Do:
- Help individuals and businesses create smart financial and retirement strategies designed for long-term growth, protection and preservation of capital.
- Present financial, insurance, and retirement planning solutions tailored to client needs while building lasting relationships.
- Utilize proprietary budgeting and financial planning software to guide clients toward financial success and retirement readiness.
- Educate clients on wealth accumulation, income protection, and retirement preparation options.
- Setting appointments with prospective clients.
- Maintain ongoing client communication, policy reviews, and continued financial support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and driven to grow personally and professionally
- Willingness to learn, get feedback, and apply training in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Full-time position
Preferred Qualifications:
- 215 license and/or investment licensing
- Degree in Psychology and/or Finance
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus
