Adam's Mobile Welding, Millwright & Crane is seeking experienced Industrial Structural Steel professionals to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in industrial facilities, steel mills, and structural steel construction. Whether you've worked as an ironworker, steel erector, welder, millwright, or on an industrial construction crew, we'd like to hear from you.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of industrial and commercial projects, including structural steel erection, red iron construction, building fabrication, metal building sheeting, grain facilities, and other industrial projects. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork while working in fast-paced environments.
We're looking for individuals who can read and follow plans, work efficiently with a crew, solve problems in the field, and take pride in producing quality work. Experience with structural steel welding is preferred, and TIG welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Erect and install structural steel, red iron buildings, and metal building components.
- Perform work safely in industrial facilities, steel mills, grain facilities, and commercial job sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction equipment safely.
- Work efficiently with a crew to complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Follow OSHA standards and all company safety policies.
- Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Travel to job sites, including occasional overnight and out-of-state work.
- Experience in grain elevators, feed mills, manufacturing facilities, or other industrial environments is highly preferred.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in structural steel, red iron construction, or industrial construction.
- Experience working in steel mills, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, grain facilities, or similar industrial environments is required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Experience with structural steel erection, building fabrication, metal building installation, or related construction work.
- Structural steel welding experience is preferred. TIG welding experience is a plus.
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to travel, including occasional overnight and out-of-state work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
