Team Member Overview
As an Apex Team Member, you'll travel to elementary schools throughout North DFW for two-week leadership programs that combine leadership, fitness, and fundraising. You'll help lead pep rallies, teach leadership lessons, run obstacle courses and school events, celebrate students, and create an unforgettable experience for thousands of kids.
No two days are ever the same.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspire students by being an incredible role model
- Lead high-energy pep rallies and school events
- Teach leadership and character lessons
- Build relationships with students, teachers, and administrators
- Help set up and run obstacle courses and fitness events
- Deliver prizes and celebrate student success
- Serve schools with a positive, "whatever it takes" attitude

- Full-Time
- $18–23/hour (depending on experience)
- Summers, holidays, and winter breaks off
