Panhandle Eye Group is seeking a Social Media Manager. We are seeking a candidate who loves people and gets along with a diverse group of individuals. This candidate needs to be a creative, detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with great communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Design and create content for our Facebook and LinkedIn accounts
Develop and monitor Facebook ads
Stay up to date on trends, tools, and social media best practices
Maintain a consistent brand voice
Website Management:
Triage all website form submissions and respond to or forward them to the appropriate team member/office
Manage and update group Squarespace websites as needed
Interview employees and write monthly blog articles celebrating their milestones
Capture photos to accompany blog articles
Content Creation
Create print materials, such as brochures, print ads, business cards, flyers, and event collateral
Produce patient testimonials and other group-related videos to be used on social media and companion blog articles
Coordinate with office managers and/or doctors to photograph them in clinic and surgery as needed
Manage patient release forms for record-keeping
Maintain a consistent brand standard across all designs
Reputation Management
Requirements
Portfolio of content you've created and/or social media accounts you've managed
Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
Proficiency in social media best practices
Knowledge of photography and videography practices and familiarity with Canon DSLRs
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom
Understanding of Squarespace's website interface; ability to custom code when needed is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
Ability to coordinate with different departments/team members and work with a variety of personalities
