We are looking for someone who can work hard + be part of our fun, upbeat team; baking experience a plus but not necessary.

Must have access to car at least on Saturday (for the farmer's market) and enjoy talking to customers and farmer's market atmosphere.
Bakery experience is not necessary, but you'll need to feel comfortable in the kitchen.
daytime to evening hours only; around 24 hours/week (including Saturday morning farmer's market) closed Sundays.

responsibilities include:
- baking cookies, bars, bread, crackers + cakes according to recipes + specifications, and meeting daily production requirements
- cleaning equipment + workstation thoroughly before leaving the area
- washing dishes; cleaning up after yourself + others
- waiting on customers; replenishing products
- replenishing ingredients in their proper storage spaces
- cutting + wrapping product
- opening + closing the store
- performing end of the day clean up which includes wiping down work spaces, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, etc., staying until the work is finished
- Working the Saturday Ann Arbor Farmers’ Market representing Tasty Bakery (need access to a car for carrying treats to and from the bakery).
- $15/hour depending on experience and demonstrated abilities; paid lunch breaks; employee discount
Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
