Job Responsibilities
· Load materials into machines as per production planning and retrieve finished products.
· Verify raw materials against production requirements.
· Build pallets according to the packing scheme and complete production documentation.
· Manage material flow to and from the Clean Room.
· Restore machine operability as needed.
· Perform and document in-process quality checks.
· Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
· Maintain a clean, organized workspace and production lines.
· Conduct autonomous maintenance tasks and execute line clearance during production changeovers.
· Communicate production line status updates during shift transitions.
· Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to address quality issues and operational needs.
· Follow all safety protocols and maintain a “Safety First” approach.
· Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, shoes, hearing protection, and gowning in designated areas.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or clean room environment preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
· Basic proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, Teams, LIMS, ERP, etc.).
· Familiarity with quality control procedures and production processes.
· Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
· Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.
· Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds.
· Must have 20/20 vision (natural or corrected) for visual inspections.
· Ability to work in an ISO 7 or 8 clean room environment.
· Flexibility to support off-shift work as needed.
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
