Qualifications:
- Education: Post graduate degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist License issued by the
State of Indiana or ability to obtain
- Certification: BLS and AED through the American Heart Association

Indiana Physical Therapy operates 18 outpatient orthopedic clinics in Indiana, including six in Fort Wayne and one each in Angola, Auburn, Bluffton, Columbia City, Decatur, Elkhart, Huntington, Indianapolis, Kendallville, Mishawaka, New Haven and Warsaw. Our Industrial Services and Athletic Training divisions also provide therapy and service options.
