What You’ll Do:
You’ll oversee day-to-day accounting operations while also supporting leadership with clear, reliable financial information.
Core Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting functions (AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations).

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.

Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.

Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting.

Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Business Support:

Partner with leadership to provide financial insights.

Help track performance against budgets and goals.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Support department leaders with financial visibility.

What Success Looks Like:

Accurate and timely monthly financial reporting.

Strong control of accounts receivable and payable.

Clear visibility into financial performance and cash flow.
Organized, consistent, and reliable financial processes.

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of accounting experience.

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in construction, service, or project-based accounting.

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
Experience improving or building financial processes.
