What You’ll Do:
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll help support the daily operations of the store while creating an amazing experience for our neighbors and their pets. Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the store as a key holder
- Supporting and motivating team members throughout each shift
- Assisting with training and development of new employees
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment
- Helping customers find the best products for their pets
- Assisting with inventory management, stocking shelves, pricing updates, and truck shipments
- Supporting grooming operations and communicating with grooming customers
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and animal care
- Helping manage daily operational tasks and store procedures
- Assisting with online orders, curbside pickups, and merchandising
- Ensuring the store stays fun, energetic, clean, and organized
- Leading by example and helping build a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail leadership or supervisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Comfortable leading shifts and handling responsibilities independently
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Passion for pets and people
