Service BDC Representative — Kia of Bedford
About the Role
Kia of Bedford is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our growing team. As the first voice many customers hear, you'll play a key role in keeping our service drive full, our customers informed, and our department running at a high level. This is a phone- and computer-based role for someone who thrives on conversation, follow-through, and hitting goals.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound service calls and schedule appointments accurately across our shop, express lane, and recall work
- Make outbound calls for service reminders, declined/recommended services, missed appointments, and special campaigns
- Respond promptly to online service requests, texts, and emails
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows through proactive contact
- Keep customer records and notes accurate and up to date in our systems
- Work closely with service advisors and management to balance shop capacity and customer needs
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every interaction that reflects the Kia of Bedford brand
What We're Looking For
- Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication skills
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude and the discipline to follow a daily call plan
- Comfort working with computers and multiple software systems at once
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail
- Customer service, call center, or automotive experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
- High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule: Full-time. Some Saturdays required.
