We are looking for an SAP User Assistance Developer (Technical Writer) to join us. Let’s see if we are a good fit for each other!
Create and maintain high-quality user assistance (UA) deliverables to help users understand complex SAP software. These deliverables include, but are not limited to: terminology, UI text, user guides, multimedia content, API docs, and in-app help.
Participate in and drive innovative projects to improve UA deliverables, processes, and content.
Work closely with product management and development teams to deliver clear, concise, and accurate content.
Build deep product knowledge, stay current with new trends and skills in user assistance, and share your learnings with the team.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve content.
Be the advocate for user experience in your interactions with product management, development, and UX teams.
