Job Description / Duties: Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Working with the management team:
- Train and Develop Support Staff (SA, FR and Expo)
- Manage support staff during service hours.
o Tasks
o Sections
o Process
o Assignments
- Guest feedback/interaction
- Help as needed with party sheets
- Develop staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Implement protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
- Oversees opening and closing tasks and balances daily and nightly cash drawers.
- Onboard/hire new staff members.
- Communication board updates
