Schedule: 8 hours/night
Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 15monthold male child. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Provide Gtube care and feedings

Provide trach/vent care

Monitor vitals
-
Administer medications safely and accurately
-
Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family

Deliver exceptional, familycentered pediatric care
-
Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
-
At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)

CPR certification

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
