**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to direct our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both welding and fabrication, team workflow efficiency and process, and possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and use hand tools and saws.
**Responsibilities:**
- Must be able to pass FBI, DHS, and DOD background checks
-Must have a valid drivers license
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- Use hand tools, saws, and welding equipment to fabricate and build architectural, and high security barriers
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Operate fork lift for material handling
- Utilize tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools for precision work.
- Verify ordered materials at delivery, during fabrication, prior to powder coating, and prior to installation.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience in fabricating with metal
