Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and laser procedures, to help clients achieve their beauty goals. Your expertise in nursing combined with a keen eye for aesthetics will ensure safe, effective, and satisfying results for every guest. Responsibilities
- Advanced experience in aesthetic or cosmetic nursing to perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards
- Administer aesthetic laser treatments and other non-invasive procedures to enhance client appearance
- Advanced experience in Facial balancing (3+ years- preferred)
- Educate clients on various aesthetic options, procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations to ensure informed decisions
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards throughout all treatments to ensure client safety and compliance with health regulations
- Manage client consultations from initial assessment through follow-up to optimize results and satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of treatments administered using clinic management softwareSkills
- Proficient in injection administration techniques for botulinum toxin and dermal fillers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships
- Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with clinic management software for scheduling and record keeping
- Skilled in social media management for marketing services and engaging with clients online (preferred but not required)
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling and product demos to enhance revenue opportunities
