Job Summary
We are seeking Chefs to join our team in creating exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for preparing meals and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Both breakfast and dinner chef positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency, quality, and visual appeal
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all kitchen activities
- Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, food handling, and customer service best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in dining establishments with strong culinary skills and creativity
- Extensive knowledge of food production
- Familiarity with inventory management, cost control, and food service operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary accommodations in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff and coordinate with other staff
