Our company is seeking an energetic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. Under minimal supervision, the successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving problems and making updates to customer accounts. The ideal candidate for this position has strong communication skills, a desire to serve their community and prior experience in customer service. This position will require Property/Casualty license after 1 year in the CSR position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions, comments, and concerns.
- Monitor and record customer calls.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Solve technical problems.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, or in person.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
