Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) — Riverside, CA
$22–$26/hr DOE | Part-Time or Full-Time | In-Person

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide skilled chairside assisting that keeps our doctors efficient and our patients comfortable
- Set up and break down operatories with tight infection control and sterilization
- Take radiographs and digital scans accurately
- Prepare materials, anticipate the doctor's next move, and keep the day flowing
- Make every patient feel calm, cared for, and at home — from greeting to hand-off

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Current California RDA license (required)
- X-ray and coronal polish certifications (required)
- Chairside assisting experience preferred
- Comfortable with digital systems (iTero/Invisalign scanning a plus)
- Strong communication and a calm, organized presence
- Bilingual Spanish a plus, not required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $22–$26/hr, depending on experience
