We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. Duties
- Manage all aspects of preschool operations, including staffing, and compliance with licensing regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to teaching staff, fostering professional development and collaboration.
- Educate parents about preschool programs, policies, and child development principles through regular communication and engagement activities.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff members.
- Monitor student progress and implement assessment strategies to track developmental milestones.
Requirements
- Must meet the director qualifications required by the State of Nevada Childcare Licensing.
- Proven experience in education administration or management within an early childhood setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff members.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents, staff, and community stakeholders.
