Job Summary
Shane Brown Electric is seeking a motivated individual to oversee our electrical shop, warehouse, tools, equipment, and fleet. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly!
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications!
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop and warehouse operations
- Organize and maintain inventory, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and material staging
- Receive and track incoming shipments
- Maintain fleet vehicles and equipment records
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure materials and equipment are ready when needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/shop environment
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to become certified)
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, inventory tracking)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Electrical construction or electrical supply experience
- Knowledge of electrical materials, tools, and equipment
- Experience managing inventory or a construction warehouse
