Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of locker room facilities, including showers, sinks, lockers, benches, and flooring.
- Conduct regular janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain floor care by buffing and polishing surfaces to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
- Assist with custodial duties related to industrial cleaning and commercial cleaning practices as needed.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or repairs required within the locker room environment.
- Use proper techniques for residential painting or touch-ups if necessary to maintain facility appearance.
- Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing is preferred.
- Experience with commercial or residential cleaning tasks demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures helps ensure the locker room remains in excellent condition.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for reporting issues promptly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift during cleaning activities throughout the shift. Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
