About the Opportunity
Precision Recruiting Agency is partnering with Sandia Crest Behavioral Health, a leading provider of adolescent and adult behavioral healthcare services throughout New Mexico, to identify a motivated and relationship-focused Community Liaison.
Sandia Crest Behavioral Health provides inpatient psychiatric stabilization, medical detoxification, and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for adolescents and adults through both in-person and telehealth services. Position Summary
The Community Liaison is a highly motivated business development and community outreach professional responsible for building and strengthening referral partnerships throughout Northern New Mexico. This is a non-clinical role focused on developing strategic relationships, increasing community awareness, and driving referral growth.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-driven, and well-connected within the behavioral healthcare and community services network.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships throughout Northern New Mexico.
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits with hospitals, providers, and community partners.
- Educate referral sources on Sandia Crest Behavioral Health's programs and services.
- Deliver presentations, educational seminars, and in-service trainings to community organizations.
- Develop partnerships with:
- Hospitals and Emergency Departments
- Behavioral Health Providers
- Primary Care Practices
- School Districts
- Juvenile Justice Programs
- CYFD Offices
- Probation & Parole Departments
- Community Organizations and Nonprofits
- Track outreach activities, referral data, and pipeline information within the company's CRM.
- Analyze referral trends and provide market intelligence to leadership.
- Represent Sandia Crest Behavioral Health at networking events, conferences, and community meetings.
- Serve as a trusted resource for referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's degree preferred in one of the following:
- Business
- Marketing
- Healthcare Administration
- Communications
- Public Relations
- Social Work
- Psychology
- Related field
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, community outreach, admissions, physician relations, sales, or referral development.
- Behavioral healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- Existing professional relationships throughout Northern New Mexico are highly desirable.
- Experience working with hospitals, behavioral health providers, schools, juvenile justice programs, CYFD, probation departments, or social service organizations is preferred.
Candidates already established within the Northern New Mexico healthcare community will be given strong consideration.
Requirements
- Valid New Mexico driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the Northern New Mexico territory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently while managing a large geographic territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Pay: $56,272.59 - $67,769.14 per year
Work Location: In person
