Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Site Director and lead teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing age-appropriate curriculum, engaging with students, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their social skills and emotional well-being.
- Assess student progress through observation and standardized testing methods.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those requiring special education support.
- Collaborate with fellow educators in curriculum development and sharing best practices.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or educational settings.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with curriculum development tailored for preschool learners.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support is a plus.
- Understanding of standardized testing procedures as they relate to early childhood education.
