Job Overview
Middletown Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. We're looking for a customer-focused sales professional with automotive experience and strong communication skills.
We offer a strong inventory of new and pre-owned Chevrolet vehicles, a supportive team environment, and the tools and resources to help you succeed.Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, from initial contact to delivery.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads through phone, text, email, and CRM.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Work closely with sales managers and the finance department to complete transactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to close deals and build customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license.
