Girlie Girl Salon & Boutique is seeking an experienced Guest Experience Coordinator to become the first impression of our business. This is not a typical receptionist position - our front desk team is the heart of the salon.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome guests, manage appointments and phones, assist with retail, coordinate with service providers, maintain a polished reception area, resolve scheduling concerns, and create a seamless luxury experience.

Dependable, organized, warm, professional, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and experienced in customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, or medical offices.
