Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction and service sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
- Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure and efficient piping systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and related mechanical components to identify issues proactively.
- Utilize construction site experience to coordinate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC for seamless project execution.
- Engage in remodeling projects by modifying existing plumbing infrastructure to meet updated specifications or code requirements.
- Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair tasks, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid licensed plumber certification with proven experience in construction plumbing and field service environments.
- Strong knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics reading, and general maintenance practices preferred.
- Experience working on construction sites with exposure to remodeling, assembly, heavy lifting, and site safety procedures.
- Ability to operate commercial driving vehicles as needed for material transport or site visits.
