Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA's) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Design, oversee, and modify behavior intervention programs based on data collection and ongoing client progress monitoring.
- Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and ethical standards.
- Collaborate closely with families, schools, and medical teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication about client progress and treatment goals.
- Perform patient assessments, maintain detailed medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality and privacy.
- Support clients through home-based behavioral therapy sessions, school consultations, and community-based interventions as needed.
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, and behavior intervention techniques.
- Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform treatment decisions effectively.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and medical records management within clinical settings.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience conducting functional assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and functional analyses.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision while maintaining a positive, motivating environment for clients and staff alike.
Job Requirements
Pay: $80.00 - $110.00 per hour
