What You’ll Do:
Part-Time Clinicians will be responsible for creating their own schedule and seeing a minimum of 10 clients per week.
Full-Time Clinicians will be responsible for creating their own schedule and seeing a minimum of 20 clients per week.
Clinicians are required to:
- Choose a morning, afternoon, evening and/or weekend time blocks to see the minimum number of clients
- Decide if they would like to see clients remotely or hybrid as we do have an office space
- Prep for client sessions including review case notes ahead of time
- Maintain regular weekly sessions with clients
- Submit client session notes, treatment plans and termination notes via SimplePractice platform within 24-48 hours of session
- Communicate with the clinical and admin team in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Be an LCSW or LMFT in California
- Have a working laptop and reliable internet with access to an ethernet cord
- Designated professional, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- Valid state license or certification as a Therapist
- Proven experience in providing therapy services, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Have a working laptop and reliable internet with access to an ethernet cord
- Designated professional, quiet, and distraction free work space
