Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle data entry, filing, and document scanning to maintain organized records
- Provide clerical support including typing, photocopying, scanning, and preparing reports or correspondence
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Strong computer literacy, data entry skills, and typing speed for efficient workflow
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
