Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Crew Chief in daily land surveying operations (boundary, topographic, and construction staking).
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment (GPS, Total Stations, data collectors, drones) under supervision.
- Load and unload equipment and supplies for the crew truck.
- Input data into field computers and ensure accurate record keeping.
Requirements
- Computer Skills: Must have good knowledge of Microsoft applications, and be willing to learn.
- Math Proficiency: Must have good basic math skills and be willing to learn. Geometry, Trig, Calculus, Statistics or any upper level math is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work outdoors in various environments.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel to and from job sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual: Fluency in a second language is a significant plus.
