Overview
Grammy’s Home is seeking dependable, compassionate, and responsible Direct Care Staff to provide daily care, supervision, and support to residents in a safe and structured environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, professional, and committed to helping residents feel supported, respected, and cared for.
Duties
- Provide direct supervision and daily care to residents
Assist with daily routines, meals, hygiene, activities, and transportation as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Follow all company policies, procedures, and licensing standards
Document daily activities, incidents, behaviors, and progress notes
Respond appropriately to resident needs, behaviors, and emergencies
Support residents with positive communication, structure, and encouragement
Work as part of a team with supervisors, case managers, and other staff
Attend required trainings and staff meetings
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
