Responsibilities:
● Lead and oversee all phases of irrigation and landscaping installation projects
● Ensure projects meet company quality standards and deadlines
● Manage materials, schedules, and crews effectively
● Communicate professionally with clients and team members
● Troubleshoot and resolve on‑site challenges quickly and effectively
● Maintain accountability for project outcomes and crew performance
Qualifications:
● 4–5 years of proven experience in irrigation and landscaping installation
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team under pressure
● Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
● Ability to use and work from a smartphone (texts, calls, photos, job updates)
● High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
