Maintenance Manager – Plant Operations
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our plant maintenance, facilities, and reliability operations. This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving equipment performance, and driving a proactive maintenance culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance activities, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, CMMS management, troubleshooting, maintenance planning and scheduling, budgets, contractors, spare parts, and support for capital projects and equipment installations.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with extensive manufacturing maintenance experience who can balance day-to-day operational needs with long-term reliability improvements. You will partner closely with Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to reduce downtime, improve asset performance, and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and effectively.
What You’ll Bring
- 7–10 years of progressive maintenance, reliability, facilities, or engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Previous experience leading and developing maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, CMMS, and reliability practices
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/control systems, and production equipment
- Strong commitment to safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Experience in heavy manufacturing, machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, or OEM environments is highly desirable
