**Job Summary:**
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS. Seeking a first year attorney for our small but growing petitioner's workers' compensation firm. Candidates will deal directly with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel and arbitrators. Must have good people skills and a willingness to learn workers' compensation law. The position is 100% remote except for in-person hearings when needed. Candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and be able to appear in-person at the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission. Benefits are negotiable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
