Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and license Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high quality care to a diverse patient population in a supportive environment
Duties
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques including trigger point therapy, orthopedics, and acute care interventions.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using EMR systems.
- Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions from inpatient to outpatient or home health care.
- Stay updated on advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to rehabilitation.
- Experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and home & community care is preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient documentation and communication.
- Previous hospital or clinic experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem, Temporary
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
