Alliance Counseling Utah, Inc. seeks therapists to work in our growing practice. We have locations in South Jordan and Sandy. We are an outpatient mental health clinic providing individual, child/teen, relational, and family psychotherapy to clients of all ages. We are credentialed with most insurance companies; we have a steady stream of new clients; and support staff. This position can be part or full time. Associate therapist pay is $45.00 per session and includes weekly supervision. Licensed therapist pay begins at $60 per session.
Associates should be working towards licensure: MFT, CSW, or CMHC
The right applicant:
Has a master’s degree and an associate license in the State of Utah.
Has a desire to help people make change and improve their lives. Can assist those struggling with mental health issues that may include: anxiety and depression, relational/marriage issues, child/teen therapy, trauma, LGTBQIA+, and much more. Demonstrate ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, socioeconomic backgrounds, religion, age, etc.
Will create a treatment plan for each client and keep case notes in a timely manner.
Actively participate as a member of our team, as well as improve one’s own clinical skills through continuing education.
Is proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities that may include, but not limited to: CBT, EFT, ART/EMDR/Trauma, Family Systems, and Play Therapy.
Ability to build therapeutic rapport with their clients.
Bilingual - not required, but helpful.
Work remotely - Telehealth options are available as needed
