Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and oral examinations.
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosing dental conditions.
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- A dependable, friendly team member with strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
Requirements:
- Dental Hygiene Certificate/Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Active dental hygiene license issued by the state board
